PLEASE READ

Shipping and Handling

*Shipping is done through Canada post if you are wanting tracked shipping. 

*For untracked (cheaper) shipping, oversized letter mail is used. This means there is no tracking. By choosing this method you are agreeing that the product may get lost and that there is a greater chance of it being damaged. 

*all pins are bubble wrapped, with a backing card and inside a bubble mailer. 

*all stickers and prints are sent in a envelope. 

Preorders

*Preorders can take anywhere from 2-6 months, this is due to the manufacturers needing time to making the pins and any unexpected issues that may arise. I then need to grade, package and send out the pins. This takes time.

*NO REFUNDS on preorders.

*All preorders pins are standard/first grade pins (unless the option for seconds/B grade was an option and was picked by the customer.)

 

Replacements

*I do do replacements, if I still have extras of the pin in hand. A replacement could be if a preorder is received and its heavily flawed, or the wrong grade is sent. In order to qualify for replacements you need to contact me within 7 days of receiving your pin. 

 

**I would also like to add that some of the characters depicted in the pins and stickers are not characters that I own copyrights to. These are not official merchandise so please keep that in mind when buying from this shop**
